Course Project «Ship’s heat-recovery boiler»

The main objective of the Course Project

The main objective of the Course Project is to perform checking calculation of the heat-recovery boiler (HRB), during which should be determined the temperature of water, steam and gas at the inlet and outlet pipes of the separate heating surfaces, the amount of heat, transferred to these surfaces, boiler efficiency for a given size, shape, and constructive performance of its primary elements.

The main tasks of the Course Project

·   Perform a comparative analysis of different types of boilers;

·   Describe the structure and operating principles of HRB;

·   Perform a thermal calculation of HRB;

·   Perform a gas-dynamic calculation of HRB;

·   Perform a strength calculation of the structural elements of HRB;

·   Determine the allowable working pressure of steam under the terms of the strength of HRB elements.

The scope of the Course Project

Course Project includes:

·   Design notes (62 pages);

·   HRB general view (1 fig.);

·   Specification to the HRB general view (1 fig.).

Основная цель курсовой работы

Основной целью курсовой работы является выполнение поверочного расчета утилизационного котла (УК), в рамках которого надлежит определить температуру воды, пара и газов на входе и выходе в отдельных поверхностях нагрева, количество тепла, переданного этим поверхностям, коэффициент полезного действия котла при заданных размерах, форме и конструктивном исполнении его основных элементов.

Основные задачи курсовой работы

·   Произвести сравнительный анализ котлов различных типов;

·   Описать устройство и принцип действия УК;

·   Произвести тепловой расчет УК;

·   Произвести газодинамический расчет УК;

·   Произвести прочностной расчет конструктивных элементов УК;

·   Определить допускаемое рабочее давление пара по условиям прочности элементов УК.

Объем курсовой работы

Курсовая работа состоит:

·   Расчетно-пояснительная записка (62 стр.);

·   Общий вид УК (1 черт.);

·   Спецификация к общему виду УК (1 черт.).
